Kotányi AI Chef is the first conversational brand ambassador in the culinary sector. Using advanced prompt engineering and PulseDialog by Retoba, it enables empathetic and personalized user interactions, as well as conversation analytics to support new product development. To date, it has recorded more than 20,000 conversations, with about 40 percent of interactions being emotionally engaged.

Ljubljana Airport FLY, Fraport Slovenia’s proprietary media platform leveraging first-party data for targeting, employs reinforcement learning to optimize airline ticket advertising automatically. The solution delivered 30 percent more conversions with the same media budget and generated the sale of 29,064 airline tickets in 2024.

Simon Cetin, founder and partner at iPROM and Head of Retoba laboratory, commented on this international recognition: “These awards confirm that thoughtful and personalized use of artificial intelligence can become the heart of modern communications. I would like to thank our partners for their trust and courage in setting new standards.”
